This week I would like to take the Notes from the Editor to, on behalf of the entire Quadrangle staff, congratulate the "Join the Quad" ad for running in its 61th straight week this issue.
Its been a banner year for the "Join the Quad" ad. Earlier this year it defeated its long-time rival, the "Riverdale Garden" ad, after no one went to the Riverdale Garden, despite it being Zagat-rated, and last week it celebrated its 60th anniversary.…
