John Kerry has a plan to make America a better place. Fortunately, his wife will be able to fund his programs. After his massive tax cuts I hope Heinz ketchup becomes the currency, or else we are all going to be broke. Where is all the money going to come from? His numbers do not add up. Two issues arose in Kevin Agnese's article: as for the war in Iraq, John Kerry is greatly over estimating his military prowess, and that John Kerry is simply a man with a plan sans the plan. John Kerry sees drug users as non-violent criminals, which I agree with, and should not be behind bars. But Mr. Kerry is forgetting that non-violent criminals are still criminals. Sure, they are non-violent, but so is shop lifting, stealing a car, insurance fraud, the list goes on. A crime is a crime and punishment is due.

The liberal view is flawed if I may quote from Mr. Agnese "Bush has failed to secure our country, as he ignored warning signs and went on a month long vacation in August 2001, right before the largest terrorist attack in our nation's history occurred". The liberals are obviously out for blood. Blaming a man for going on vacation prior to September 11th is a complete outrage. No President could have possibly prevented an attack such as September 11th. Shame on those who believe that a vacation prior to a major terrorist attack has any barring whatsoever on the occurrence of the terror attack. President Bush could have been in the White House, anywhere; the terrorists would have hijacked those planes. Warning signs or not, these were determined terrorists. It was only a matter of time until a catastrophe would occur.

John Kerry says he has a plan. This plan has never been soundly revealed. I have never heard what preciously he will do in Iraq. Kerry promises he will get more allies in Iraq. This is an empty promise, Bush has already tried to involve other nations, but why would they join now? Kerry thinks that the world will follow what his campaign has been "just because he's not Bush". Kerry has shown me no leadership skills and is banking on, not only America's but the World's, dislike for Bush. This is not a sound campaign. The world and America will realize his lack of political clout after he has been elected and it is too late. Kerry will also fall short on domestic issues. Kerry plans to give 98% of people in America a tax cut. With these tax cuts, Kerry promises to start a national education trust fund. Where is all the money coming from? It boggles my mind. I fear than Kerry will have to choose between money for education and money for soldiers. I don't think that Kerry will be able to fulfill any of his promises.

Kerry talks a big game. It is easy to promise something, it's another thing to make good on it. Kerry's numbers just don't add up, which leads me to believe that Mr. Kerry will have a very hard time implementing his promises in life because they are fuzzy on paper. Promises are different from plans. Kerry could promise to fix the economy, and win this war in Iraq but he hasn't said how. Mr. Kerry has the best of intentions but the least of credentials.
