Just like the men's track and field team, the Lady Jaspers also excelled at the MAAC. The team's throwers had fine performances. Led by Junior Marina Liander the women were able to capture 27 points for the team. Marina broke the MAAC Championship weight throw record as well with her toss of 17.35 meters. She of course won for the third consecutive year. She also placed third in the shot-put. Ida-Marie Holmgren, Jessica Jansson, and Jenn Bradley were also able to capture points for the team.

Nils Petterson's counterpart Jenna Daly was also able to capture the women's vault title with a jump of 3.19 metes while defending her title from last year. Sophomore Tiina Magi won her first Triple Jump title with a leap of 11.55 meters. The Lady Jaspers were able to capture the first three places in the High Jump. Finishing in first place was Freshman Caitlyn Kjolhede with her vertical leap of 1.65 meters followed by Magi in second place and Junior Jessica Jansson in third.

Junior Caryn Capalbo led the Lady's distance team with her 4th place finish in the 5,000 meter run. Rachel McGee, Eryka Perreault, and Ginine Lucarello finished 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively in the women's Mile run and gained important points for the women's team with the meet coming down to the wire towards the end. Marissa Olivieri also had a strong run in the 800 meter run placing 4th. Capalbo and Lucarello also did well in their 3000 meter runs.

The Lady Jaspers' sprinters did a fine job as well and were lead by the young group of talented freshmen. Freshman Jasmine Rogers got second place in the 55 meter dash. Freshman Erin Gregorek ran a time of 1:00.08 in the 400 meter dash which was good enough for 3rd place. Magdalena Raszewska and Kendra Gellar also ran that event and placed. Kathleen Malara, Jessica Jansson, Amy Colantuano, and Rogers all placed in the 55 meter dash. And Colantuano and Jenna Daly were able to place in the women's 200 meter dash.

Trying to rack up as many points as possible the women's championship came down to the women's Distance Medley Relay and the 4x400 Relay teams, the last events of the day which would determine the champions. When asked about how the girl's team faired down the final stretch Junior Caryn Capalbo said "this year, unlike some of the past years that I have been here, all of the girls were very nervous during the final events, there was definitely a lot of pressure there". Although the girls had maintained the lead the whole way it was slowly diminishing and could have gone either way at the end. "So during the relays, everyone stayed around the track trying to cheer everyone on".

Thankfully the women's Distance Medley Relay did good enough and took third finishing in a time of 12:45.95 to earn the team 6 crucial points. The team members included Daly, Rachel McGee, Olivieri, and Perreault. Finally the almost all freshman team of Cervino, Colantuono, Gregorek and Junior Kendra Gellar finished second in the 4x400 meter Relay with a time of 4:07.89. "It was clear that the DMR would beat Rider early on, but the 4x400 was neck and neck the whole way and although we didn't win that relay, the girls second place finish was enough to win the meet".
